Rappel and Mountain Climbing
The Rappel is a mountain technique to help climbing downwards, which involves sliding in a controlled way, with ropes or cables, a special chair and some accessories. Rafting
Rafting was discovered in 1869, when John Wesley organized the first expedition down the Colorado River, USA, in boats with central paddles.
In Brazil, the history of rafting is far more recent. The first boats for rafting arrived in 1982. The State of São Paulo stands out in this sport. There are plenty of places for rafting in São Paulo. Get to know some of them:
